• Rates based on single/double occupancy & subject to change. Third person charge $75.

• One night's deposit required to guarantee room.
• 24 hour cancellation policy.
• Minimum-night stays & 72-hour cancellation required over certain holidays.
• Room rates do not include taxes and fees.
• Please note that Cavallo Point's overnight guests are subject to a 14% fee on lodging. This includes a 9% fee assessed by the Golden Gate National Park – National Park Service (NPS) for the development and operation of certain transportation programs at Fort Baker, and utility costs to operate the lodge. Cavallo Point collects this fee on behalf of NPS. Also included is a 5% Environmental Programming & Sustainability Fee assessed by Cavallo Point. Due to its location within the Golden Gate National Park, the lodge has assumed certain obligations for energy efficiency, water conservation and other services to promote a sustainable park and to support the environmental programming and administration of the Institute at the Golden Gate. Note, however, that city, county or state transient (hotel) taxes are not applied to Cavallo Point room rates.
