Restaurant
- Reservationist - Takes dining reservations and answers restaurant related questions
- Host - Organizes guest seating, greets restaurant guest, and seats
- Server - Take orders, organize dining experience, and collect payment
- Busser - Clear plates, refill water, replenish bread, mark table, re-set tables
- Runner - Delivers food dishes from the kitchen to the guests in the dining room

- Bartender - Creates cocktails for restaurant and bar guests, also takes food orders
- Bar Server - Takes orders for both food and beverage in the hotel bar

- Server - Takes orders, puts together delivery, and delivers order to guest's room

- Banquet Manager - Oversees all banquet functions and manages banquet staff
- Banquet Captains - Supervises and works successful banquet functions
