Motivating, energetic and fun are just some of the words to describe Joanie Greggains, a veteran in the fitness world and host of the television show "Morning Stretch" for over 20 years. Joanie provides a structured, supportive and entertaining program to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Each day includes time for exercise, relaxation and education - including yoga, exercise classes, healthy meals, walks and discussions with experts in related fields. All activities are designed to help you achieve your specific goals -- weight loss, increased endurance, motivation for a healthier lifestyle, inner reflection and a new sense of self. This is a unique opportunity to learn about and make lifestyle changes that can be incorporated into your life with ease. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Start each day with a morning yoga class and healthy buffet breakfast * Explore the stunning Marin Headlands, beachfront Tennessee Valley or Mt. Tamalpais on a guided hike * Enjoy a hearty lunch and free afternoon to take in a nurturing massage at the Healing Arts Center & Spa or simply rest in your comfortable room * Energize with a fitness class - including Pilates, abdominal work, posture exercises, dance and core strengthening techniques - and brisk walk with Joanie each afternoon * Wind down with a stretch and relaxation class * Gather in the evening for a dinner of farm-fresh ingredients * Learn to incorporate lifelong healthy living during evening talks with guest speakers and motivational group discussions
Bio
Joanie Greggains is one of America's favorite health and exercise personalities. Her long-running television exercise show, "Morning Stretch," and her extremely popular fitness radio program, "The Joanie Greggains Show," have made her a respected authority in the health and fitness field. Joanie has written three books, including Total Body Shape Up, Fit Happens and the Fat Flush Fitness Plan, and has produced, choreographed, and starred in 15 exercise videos. She serves on the President's Council on Fitness and Health and, as a former educator herself, understands the importance of lifelong fitness education.
