Originally based in Cantonese cuisine, Dim Sum has evolved to include regional dishes from many of the Chinese provinces. Enjoy a relaxing Sunday of delicious bites and learn how to make some of your favorites at home!

Gai-Lan – Chinese Broccoli

Steamed Pork & Shitake Shumai

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
