Easter Chocolate Workshop

Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley), Building 602
Time: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm

 

You’re invited to join us for a very special Easter treat. The Cooking School proudly welcomes artisan chocolatier Michael Recchiuti of Recchiuti Confections back to Cavallo Point for a hands-on chocolate experience. You will learn about the process of working with chocolate, molding a chocolate egg and dipping almond dragee!

Seal up your almond dragee-filled chocolate egg for gifting or enjoying yourself at home. We will provide all materials, including gift bags and ribbons.

*A light dinner will be provided as well to keep up your strength!


Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
