An Evening with Honig Vineyard & Winery

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Our Winemaker Dinner Series continues as we proudly welcome Honig Vineyard & Winery to the Cooking School for an evening of exceptional wine and inspiring cuisine. You’re invited to join us for a very special experience, as we present an expertly crafted multi-course menu from Cooking School Director Chef Tim Grable, thoughtfully paired alongside selections from Honig’s acclaimed Napa Valley wines.
Family-owned and operated, Honig is deeply committed to improving the environment and minimizing its impact through the use of sustainable winegrowing. We’re thrilled to welcome two generations of Honigs, as Steven Honig and his daughter Annika will be on hand to discuss their wines and share stories of their family’s winemaking journey. Join us for this rare opportunity to enjoy these exquisite wines, while engaging with the passionate people behind them.

ABOUT HONIG VINEYARDS & WINERY
As a family-owned and operated winery, Honig Vineyard & Winery is committed to preserving and improving its environment and minimizing its impact through the use of vineyard and winery practices known as Sustainable Winegrowing. These practices conserve water and energy, maintain healthy soil, protect air and water quality, enhance relations with employees and communities, preserve local ecosystems and wildlife habitat and improve the economic vitality of vineyards and wineries.
The Honig family purchased in Rutherford, the heart of Napa Valley in 1964 and made its first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc in 1980. Since that time, they have worked to build a socially responsible business that will thrive for generations. Its talented, all-female winemaking team focus production on Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, two varietals that grow perfectly in Rutherford. The Honig family are leaders in sustainability, both in the vineyard and the winery, and what began as a small “garage” winery has today become a successful family enterprise, with everyone working collaboratively to run an inspiring and socially responsible business.
