SUPs are a fun way to get out into nature, and are an excellent form of exercise! Suitable for all experience levels, this 2.5-hour class teaches the basics of stand-up paddling. You’ll spend the first 30 minutes on land, practicing paddling technique, then go over launching protocol and get on the water to work on strokes and board handling. While on the water you’ll also have a chance to enjoy a paddle along the waterfront and finally practice self-rescues.
