Meet Our Yoga Team
Kara Lee – In an all-levels Vinyasa Fusion class, tone and flow while blending sun salutations with basic Pilates principles. After a light sweat, look forward to restorative stretching and meditative breathwork.
Patricia Bardoul – Hatha Yoga sequences, always starting with a mediation, lots of stretching and infuse Kundalini Yoga. Enjoying poses with aromatherapy breathwork to calm the nervous system, and sometimes tapping with breathing techniques.
Amy McNeil – In an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class with an emphasis on breath and physical awareness. You will be lead through a creative slow-paced yoga class, linking each breath with movement.
