Come try one of Spain’s most well-known and favorite dishes. The dish takes its name from the wide, shallow traditional pan used to cook the dish on an open fire, paella being the word for a “frying pan” in the Valencian/Catalan language.

Butter Lettuce Salad with Lemon Shallot Vinaigrette
Vegetable Paella
Paella Valencia
Warm Churros – Chocolate & Caramel Sauces
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. Additional drinks will be available for purchase on-site.
