Plant-based eating has become a way of life for many people. While certainly not new, we will take this ancient approach and create modern and delicious options for the way we eat today. Learn how to create amazing vegan dishes your family and friends will love!

Crispy Mushroom Bruschetta with Butter Bean Hummus

French Lentils with Roasted Radishes & Almond Ricotta

Ikarian Stuffed Eggplant

Miso Glazed Tofu with Forbidden Rice and Green Onions

Vegan Chocolate Mousse


Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
