Throughout Korean cuisine there is a belief in the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and wood as well as yin and yang, all of which contribute to the presentation and taste of the food. These five elements are present in five tastes: spicy, sour, bitter, sweet and salty, as well as five colors: red, yellow, black, white and blue. Food is medicine and all meals are meant to be communal. Come with us as we explore these amazing dishes.

Banchan: Spicy Cucumber Salad – Kimchee – Pickled Daikon Salad – Soybean Sprouts – Korean Spinach

Gaji Namul – Steamed Eggplant

Spicy Seafood Japchae

Beef Bulgogi

Mango Bingu – Mango Shaved Ice


Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. The minimum age for public classes is 15 years old unless otherwise noted.
