Location: The Cooking School (upstairs from Farley), Building 602

Time: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Learn how to prepare all of your favorite dishes from the classic American steakhouse.


Menu may include:

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

Wedge Salad with Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese Dressing and Applewood Smoked Bacon

Four Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

Grass Fed New York Steak with Herbed Compound Butter

Classic Bananas Foster with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream


Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Please note that if a minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours prior to the class, the class may be canceled and participants will be fully refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
