You’re invited to join us for a very sweet, very special Valentine’s treat. The Cooking School proudly welcomes artisan chocolatier Michael Recchiuti of Recchiuti Confections for a hands-on chocolate experience. You will learn about the process of working with chocolate, molding a chocolate heart and dipping champagne truffles!
Seal up your truffle-filled chocolate heart for gifting or enjoying yourself at home. We will provide all materials including gift bags and ribbons.
*A light dinner will be provided as well to keep up your strength!
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will not be refunded. Minimum age for public classes is 15 years old, unless otherwise noted.
Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration.
